Depending on the size of order, orders can take up to 6-8 weeks. We don't keep stock on any orders, therefore each piece is made per demand.
Shipping Terms Natural Curiosities has a standard shipping charge of 9% for most items shipped via ground transportation ; There is a minimum shipping charge of $180.00 on orders consisting of only 1 piece in a Large, Grande, or XGrande size.
This charge includes packing and standard EDI or FedEx ground delivery. If you wish to use your own account for shipping, 3% will be charged for handling only. We offer additional services; Overnight, 2 and 3 day (by quote only). We require 1 week notification before shipment to insure your request is completed and shipped in a timely manner.
Returns Due to the highly customized nature of our products, returns are granted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our office at (323) 906-1083 for assistance in returning an item.
